# Daily Operations

## Cycle the System 

Everyday there are things that need to be done to keep up with the craziness of business. Everything from Customer Support to Account Creation has to be monitored and pruned. 

### 1. New Accounts

* Enter new [Wholesale Accounts](#new-wholesale-accounts) into Ecwid
* Send [**Portal Access**](/system-manual/store/micro-pharma/portal-access.md) **Email** to them that explains how to access the Wholesale Store
* Reach out to them by [Phone](/system-manual/customer-support.md) to help and welcome them personally, make sure they have a code

### 2. Customer Support

* Always **Tag** *Customer Support Tickets* as "Orders" and see them through to **Close.**
* *Use the* [*Ticketing System*](/system-manual/customer-support/ticketing-system.md) *to Answer Email and Chat Questions Live*, **Send and Close** them when done.

### **3. Payments**

Read the instructions for [Zelle](/system-manual/payments/zelle.md) or [ACH / Wire Transfers](/system-manual/payments/ach-wire-transfer.md) payment confirmation.

* Mark the "<mark style="color:orange;">**Not Paid**</mark>" orders as "<mark style="color:green;">**Paid**</mark>" in Ecwid after confirming from new <mark style="color:purple;">PNC Zelle</mark> Notifications or Screenshots in Micro Pharma's <mark style="color:red;">**Reacho**</mark>.

### 4. Affiliate Approval

New affiliates need to be Approved Daily. Make sure to follow all the [Instructions](/system-manual/affiliates/how-to-approve-affiliates.md) completely. If their sales do not show up on their Dashboard then one of these are not done on their account.

1. Approve them in the Admin Dashboard
2. Link their **CODE** to their Tracking in **Settings > Tracking > Links**

* Add their Coupon **CODE** to *Ecwid Discount Coupons* with **10% OFF**
