Agent Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

As a MicroPharma Authorized Agent, your role extends beyond simply selling products. You are a key representative of our brand, entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and ethical conduct. To ensure consistent excellence, the following responsibilities and code of conduct must be adhered to at all times:

1. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Standards

  • Adherence to FDA Regulations: Agents must ensure that all communication and marketing about MicroPharma peptide products must never mention dosage, medical claims, or otherwise suggest suggestion of consumption in anyway by the Agent.

  • For Research Purposes Only: All communications and sales must clearly state that MicroPharma peptides are for research and development purposes only. We are just the suppliers of the peptides. We give no medical advice. MicroPharma is not a pharmacy and do not give prescriptions or protocols.

  • Avoidance of Misrepresentation: Agents must not misrepresent any product features or uses. Misleading clients about product efficacy or application could result in legal and contractual repercussions.

2. Ethical Marketing and Sales Practices

  • Honesty and Transparency: Agents must be transparent with clients about the purpose and limitations of MicroPharma products. Any attempt to mislead or deceive clients is strictly prohibited.

  • No Health Claims: Under no circumstances should an agent make any health-related claims or recommendations for the use of peptides in treating or curing any medical conditions. All conversations about the products must remain focused on their research purposes.

  • Professional Communication: All interactions with clients, sub-agents, and MicroPharma must be conducted with professionalism and respect. Deceitful or unprofessional behavior can result in immediate termination of your contract.

3. Display of Authorized Agent Badge

  • Brand Representation: Agents are required to display the Authorized Agent badge in all marketing materials, whether digital or physical. This badge indicates that you are a certified representative of MicroPharma and adhere to the company’s stringent standards of compliance and professionalism.

  • Unaltered Branding: The badge, logos, or any MicroPharma branding must not be altered or misused in any way. It should be used solely for the promotion of MicroPharma peptide products.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Education and Support: Agents should provide accurate information to clients regarding the legal and research-related use of peptides. They should be prepared to answer questions within the boundaries of legal compliance, especially about the research nature of the products.

  • No Dosage Recommendations: Agents are strictly prohibited from offering dosage advice or making recommendations for using peptides in human subjects. This is a legal requirement and non-compliance can result in severe penalties.

  • Timely and Clear Communication: Agents must ensure prompt responses to client inquiries, provide clear product information, and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

5. Sub-Agent Oversight

  • Responsibility for Sub-Agents: Agents who appoint sub-agents must ensure they are properly trained and certified through the MicroPharma Agent Training Certification. You are fully responsible for your sub-agents' actions and their compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

  • Monitoring Sub-Agent Behavior: As the primary agent, you are required to monitor the activities of your sub-agents, ensuring they follow all regulatory guidelines and do not engage in inappropriate or illegal practices.

6. Confidentiality

  • Protection of Company Information: Agents will have access to proprietary and confidential information, including customer lists, pricing structures, and product details. It is your responsibility to protect this information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

  • Non-Disclosure: Any use of confidential information for personal gain or to the benefit of a competitor is a violation of this agreement and will lead to termination and possible legal action.

7. Maintaining Integrity

  • Upholding Brand Reputation: As an agent, you are the face of MicroPharma in your market. It is essential to act in a manner that reflects the core values of the company—integrity, compliance, and scientific rigor.

  • Conflict of Interest: Agents must avoid any conflicts of interest that could compromise their ability to represent MicroPharma objectively. This includes selling competing products, which is strictly prohibited under the terms of the agreement.

8. Reporting and Accountability

  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales, client interactions, and any issues related to product delivery or compliance. These records may be requested by MicroPharma for review at any time.

  • Timely Reporting: Any violations of policy, legal issues, or product complaints must be reported immediately to MicroPharma to ensure prompt action can be taken.

By adhering to these responsibilities and code of conduct, you will help maintain MicroPharma's standing as a leader in peptide research and development, while protecting yourself and the company from legal and reputational risks.
