  1. Agent Certification

Certification Requirements

Becoming a MicroPharma Authorized Agent is not just about selling products; it’s about upholding the standards of scientific integrity, legal compliance, and professionalism. To ensure that all agents represent MicroPharma with the highest level of expertise, the following certification requirements must be met:

1. Completion of Training

All agents must complete the MicroPharma Agent Training Certification, which includes:

  • Peptide Product Knowledge: Understanding the science behind peptides, their research applications, and the specific products MicroPharma offers.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with FDA regulations, including updates as of March 2024, and knowledge of how to legally market peptides for research purposes.

  • Legal Limitations: Understanding the restrictions surrounding health claims, dosage recommendations, and the sale of peptides for human consumption.

The training will include modules on legal and ethical practices, product knowledge, and compliance, and will conclude with an assessment to ensure you are ready to represent MicroPharma professionally.

2. Adherence to Legal and Ethical Standards

Agents are required to strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • For Research Purposes Only: MicroPharma peptides are sold for research and development use only. Agents must never promote or suggest the use of peptides for therapeutic or human consumption purposes.

  • Prohibition of Health Claims: Agents must not make any health-related claims about the peptides or recommend dosages under any circumstances. This is critical for compliance with FDA regulations.

Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in termination of the Agent Agreement and loss of certification.

3. Initial Purchase Commitment

Agents are required to make an initial purchase of five (5) boxes of each peptide product they intend to sell. This ensures that agents have sufficient product on hand to begin their work as soon as certification is complete.

4. Display of Authorized Agent Badge

Once certified, agents must prominently display the Authorized Agent badge on all promotional materials, including websites, social media, and physical advertising. This badge signifies that you are a trusted, certified representative of MicroPharma and that your sales practices are compliant with our standards.

5. Sub-Agent Management

If you plan to appoint sub-agents, they must also complete the MicroPharma Agent Training Certification and agree to the same legal and ethical standards. As the primary agent, you are responsible for ensuring that your sub-agents comply with all rules and regulations.

6. Ongoing Education and Compliance

To maintain your certification, you may be required to complete periodic training updates on new regulations, product offerings, or other industry changes. This ensures that all MicroPharma agents stay current with the latest developments in peptide research and regulatory frameworks.

By fulfilling these certification requirements, you will become a recognized and certified MicroPharma Authorized Agent, capable of representing our products with expertise and integrity.
